PR8500 series features:

Control system:

Open-loop vector: department of variable speed drive module.
Closed-loop vector (with PG card): Drive speed control and torque control
V / F open loop: traditional inverter control mode
V / F close loop (with PG card): speed feedback control
Open and closed-loop control of the vector, or closed-loop V / F control can be freely to choose, according to load requirements to achieve high-precision, high-torque control, suitable for various mechanical properties loads, in view of the fluid load and the actual situation to collocate with automatic tracking and automatic current-limiting function.
Self-learning function: the motor parameters can be set to automatic tuning of the common drive mode, then running in vector control model in order to maximize efficiency. Ultra-low-speed high starting torque can be up to 150% of rated torque (100 ~ 300% can be set).
PID control: the track and control to running of motor can be under testing feedback of the speed control, pressure control, flow control and temperature control.
Torque control: through multifunction analog signal, torque control precision is 5%
S curve settings: the status of the request in accordance with pre-set 15 S-curve or arbitrary own setting curve.
Set frequency instruction: there are five frequency setting way, with 9 steps of speed running.
Zero speed servo control: the output torque to motor can reach more than 150 per cent even the rev of motor near zero.
Speed feedback control: the use of speed feedback control by PG card, high-precision velocity control can be achieved.
Speed control range is up to 1:1000 (in a closed-loop control mode).
Speed control accuracy is up to ± 0.02%, frequency accuracy is up to ± 0.01%, and the output frequency resolution can be up to 0.01 HZ.
Acceleration and deceleration time can be set to 0.01 seconds, good dynamic response, and highly adaptive load test area.
High harmonics control: the inverters below 110 KW can be allocated with built-in DC Reactor,
above 132KW can be allocated with external AC Reactor
Capacity range : 1-1060HP (0.75-800KW)
Other functions:

with multifunction input and output terminals , multi-purpose analog input, output and serial communications interface.
with two kinds of online monitoring capabilities.
with motor protection, instant power holding and stalling prevention, frequency detection, abnormal reset, over torque output limit, hardware protection and diagnostic functions, will avoid accidental damage that may occur to the machine.
with a variety of advanced functions, such as slip compensation, torque compensation, speed control (ASR), keyboard data replication, self-learning, PID regulation, timing, energy saving, chasing prevent etc.
